After being victorious in the Argent Tournament and proving ourselves worthy of being the first into Icecrown Citadel we patiently waited for word of the attack. Finally, we heard that the final battle is now here. We fight along-side the Argent Crusade to slay Arthas & The Lich King and put an end to the war with the Scourge once and for all. After investigating the Halls of Reflection with Jaina and the Alliance Army we now know what must be done; no matter what cost.

The assault on the citadel began and we ventured inside to fight the army of the undead on our way to the King. Lord Marrowgar and Lady Deathwhisper were slain in the initial attack.

Unfortunately, as always, some Horde showed up with their usual problems but it turns out their flying ship is susceptible to cannon fire. Once again proving that if the Titans had meant Horde to fly, they'd have given them wings. And some brains. Muradin flew us to the top where we encountered Saurfang's only son who was lost at the Wrathgate battle. Now a Scourge abomination we released him of this fate and his Father arrived to take his body home for a fitting burial.

Having entered the citadel proper, we encounterd three wings. Each of which represented a different branch of the Scourge's evil : Plague, Blood & Frost. The removal of the Plague's Master Professor and his creations, the defeat of the Royal Blood Vampires and the Rescue of Valithira and then finally bringing the legendary Frost-Wyrm Sindragosa to peace were accomplished.

The final battle was long. And we paid for it with our lives in the end, but the Souls of Frostmourne and Light of the Ashbringer brought us back to the living to deal the final blow.

Arthas' reign is over, and the scourge have a new lord and master who will try to control them.
